At Toyzaar, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver quality toys and products in perfect condition. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect products delivered

To be eligible for return:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Product must include original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Products without original packaging
  • Collectible toys / limited edition items unless damaged during delivery

Minor packaging wear such as dents, scratches, or box creases caused during shipping will not be considered valid reasons for return if the product itself is unaffected.

Damaged / Wrong Product Claims

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Product photos/videos
  • Clear unboxing video (recommended for faster resolution)

Failure to provide proof may delay or impact claim approval.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect depending on your bank/payment provider

Replacement and Exchange Policy

We have 7 day replacement and exchange policy; if the replacement and exchange is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days.

We offer replacement/exchange only for:

  • Damaged products
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect products delivered

Replacement is subject to stock availability.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.

Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
